The caliber of this human body has the capacity to give us the experience of God.  The inner Self of the self is sitting, waiting for us to realize the Self.  We shall give ourselves a chance to create Self-love and become crystal clear by accessing the source of strength within us.  We shall remove fear of the future by conquering our imagined disabilities and experiencing a calm and open heart.  We’ll move, sweat, laugh, dance, chant, meditate, and relax.  All levels are welcome.
