Yoga: Gina Caputo: Full Spectrum Flow ~ Integrated Vinyasa Yoga for Sustainability & Wholeness FILLING
Limited Capacity filling up

Patanjali’s sutra 2.46 says Sthira Sukham Asanam = Asana should be steady and easeful. In aligning with this sutra, we aim to simultaneously embody the polarities of strength and softness in our posture practice. Yet in today’s landscape, many practices are weighted either more towards end-range stretch or strength-building calisthenics. Integrated Vinyasa™ is a yoga practice rooted in intelligent, natural evolutionary patterns and sustainability. It unifies the polarities of alignment and flow, anatomy and energetics, engagement and relaxation, outer and inner, focus and release, structure and spontaneity, and work and play as a means of illuminating how to take Patanjali’s sage advice off our mats and into our lives. This balanced practice is appropriate for all levels of student.
