The alchemy of yoga holds the embodiment of both transformation and nourishment. Agni is the Sanskrit word for “fire” and Soma is the Sanskrit word for “nectar”. Agni heats up and Soma cools down. Fire & Nectar together create a balanced energy flow so the yogi burns away the dross, transforms and receives deep nourishment. Fire flow asana includes standing poses, arm balances + backbends. Nectar flow asana includes hips, twists and seated meditation. Rasa Yoga weaves asana, mantra, mudra, pranayama and soul alchemy in a Tantric flow.
