Having a handstand practice is all about consistency and making small gains over time.  We want to equip you with the drills and knowledge that you can incorporate into your practice to take it off the ground and to the next level.  We will be offering drills for any level and will focus on making your entrance into handstand feel floaty, finding proper alignment once in a handstand and where to take your practice once you are finding some stillness.
