Empowered relationship begins with our primary human relationship, which is the relationship we have to ourselves. How aware are we of this relationship, and how we tend to it? In relationship to ourselves, do we act with honor, allowance, and celebration, or do we act with criticism, meanness or disregard? How do we learn to honor and listen to our true voice? Further, what does it means to sit in empowered relationship with another, as conscious beings? How clear are we toward the fears we carry and the way that we hold ourselves, and our truth, back in relationship?  

Panelist will have a productive conversation about tapping into our extraordinary true selves to cultivate strength and compassion in relationships, with ourselves and others, and share what they have learned through showing up authentically with themselves and others.
