Panel Discussion: Embodying Spirit of Hanuman in the West with Saul David Raye, Nataraja Kallio, Sreedevi Bringi, Yogi Ishan and Hemalayaa. Moderated by Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati.
Hanuman is a symbol of heart-centered service to the divine, and through that, to others and to the world. It is said Hanuman ripped open his chest with both of his hands to reveal the unabashed love and devotion in his heart.

How do we, as yogis, embody such courage and love within the fast-paced and often disconnected movement of Western society? How can living with the heart of Hanuman as a guide encourage us into greater capacity for being, and to a deeper connection with what is around us? How might Hanuman remind us to notice our service in the world, or lack thereof, and step into a greater relationship to others and to the environment?

Panelists will speak to these possibilities via their own relationships to the spirit of Hanuman, and to what they have learned through years of studying and connecting with the stories and traditions of this Hindu God.

A FREE offering for our community.

Donations welcomed to benefit the building of the new Hanuman Temple in Taos, New Mexico.
