This journey into bliss is a powerful opportunity to integrate the polar energies of stability and fluidity within you This deep and downtempo practice will take us into the energetic soil of our Selves through an exploration and sweet release of our physical roots: legs and hips. As part of this embodied inquiry we’ll explore the tidal rhythms of action and receptivity, effort and ease, grip and release. This liberating experience will leave you feeling connected, renewed and inspired.
