Cherie brings over 20 years of sharing yoga and mindfulness as a former yoga studio owner and mentor to many. A student of Tias Little and Prajna yoga since 2006, earning her 500 hr. certification. In all her themed classes, expect intelligent sequencing, clear instruction, including lots of humor taking you places you never thought possible.
In addition to yoga, Cherie has a nutrition/cooking certification with Forks Over Knives, TCM (Tradition Chinese Medicine) for yoga teachers certification, and a vast knowledge of Ayurveda, anatomy, sound therapy, and essential oils, which she incorporates into many of her classes, workshops, and retreats.
